Final Project Meeting has been held in Santibanez el Alto, Sierra de Gata, Spain on 12nd - 13rd of November 2008. Final results, conclusions, and achievements were presented by partners. Some objectives of the meeting were:
- Overview of the technical progress of the project.
- To descript the Workpackage developed during the last period.
- To present Results and deliverables produced.
- To prepare the final project report and the final financial statement.
- To define the conclusions, success stories and next steps after project.
Agreements at political and social level were remarked. Regional partners showed their achievements and improvements related to the promotion of biomass in the areas.
Performance indicators and dissemination activities were studied.
The demonstration unit installed in Sierra the Gata was visited during the meeting. The heating boiler for a building of the Mancomunidad de Sierra de Gata sited in Perales del Puerto was studied.
An industrial application for biomass use was also visited.
