Description of work:
The project management will let the coordinator measure the project progress, take decisions on project status and measures to keep on target. Meetings will be held in order to evaluate technical progress, critical monitoring progress, open and clear procedures for decisions and conflict resolution. Success is measured against the project work plan and the agreement of partners to the measures taken.
The objectives of this work package are:
- To provide the overall legal, contractual, ethical, financial and administrative management of the Consortium;
- To provide the project management, coordination and quality supervision of all phases of work;
- Reinforcing the cohesion among the different members of the Consortium by facilitating information flows and defining procedures and roles;
- Monitoring relationship with the European Commission;
- To represent the project to parties outside the Consortium.
Outcome of this work package:
- Kick-off meeting held;
- Project meetings on months 6, 12, 18 y 24 successfully carried out;
- Final meeting with EC and review of ASTWOOD
