Description of work:
The objectives of this WP is to implement the communication and dissemination activities carried out within the project specifying what is intended to be communicated, the target group, and in which way. The transferability of the achieved results to other local authorities shall enable a large scaled implementation of the results in other regions in Europe. The tool will be developed in a way, which will enable a simple adaptation for it being used under different circumstances. The communication and dissemination work will be oriented in that direction. However, during the first year of the project, a specific dissemination strategy will be worked out jointly between the partners.
The results and adopted solutions, especially the "implementation model" should be easily transferred to other countries, above all in Southern Europe. In order to enable a broader geographical coverage we will enlarge parallel to our dissemination activities the geographical coverage (especially southern European and Mediterranean countries).
Outcome of this work package:
- Participation in information and dissemination events, conferences, etc
- Seminars and meetings successfully held
- Participation in information and dissemination events, such as contractor's workshops, conferences
- Active website, in which the tool can be downloaded at the end of the project. Further, interested parties will be able to insert their contact data and will receive automatic updates;
- Pinpointed regions which are willing to implement the tool developed.
